The SNA Job Planner 

The specials relate to the columns (see example to the right) - You can amend the Fixing / Removal dates and tick or untick any items in the columns. This will instantly update your Order, Removal or Maintenance job.


You can also tick to select the orders you want to include on a specific report, and can also batch print all the relevant job cards.


The output can go to Screen, Printer, PDF or Spreadsheet.


Double clicking your chosen line will take you straight to the order, removal or maintenance record, enabling you to work on it.



The Job Planner is a very important part of  the SNA System. It is the dashboard or control centre of the Order Management System.  It allows you to accurately and easily plan your work flow which will significantly help you to get the jobs delivered / fixed on time with the minimum of fuss.


The columns to the right give you a quick view of the key status of each order, and you also have a number of filters to call on to 'short-list' your work.


You can filter as follows:

  • Branch - Select the branch or view all branches
  • All Orders - This is everything in the system (Orders, Collections, Cleaning and Removals)
  • Monumental Only - Monumental Orders Only
  • Collections Only - Monumental Order Collections
  • Removals Only - Just Removals
  • Order Type - Select by the type of order (Monumental,  Fireplace, House Sign etc)
  • Category - Category of business (i.e. New Memorial, Additional Inscription etc)
  • Special - This has various filters as follows
    • Confirmation Not Sent

    • Confirmation Not Approved

    • Permit Application Not Sent

    • Permit Not Approved

    • Layout Not Sent

    • Layout No Approved

    • Rubbings not Done

    • Job Card not Printed

    • Material Not Available

    • Inscription not Done
