The ENQUIRY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM allows you to record the details of people enquiring about your product range and services. You can enter all the details of the conversation in the contact screen (see order processing for an example) and also diary a  follow-up if required.

You may create a range of  enquiry letters from which you can  simply select and either print or email to your prospective customer.

If successful, your Enquiry can be converted to either an Order or a Quotation without repetitive typing.

There is a report which analyses your success rate of business generated from the enquiries.
