MENU SYSTEM

The MENU SYSTEM is not only the gateway to your suite of programs, but acts as an event monitor.  If you set an Enquiry or Quote with a  follow-up date, a red message will appear to alert you in the relevant area. You simply click on the message to access the section that deals with the contacts.

This will also work for all follow-ups on contacts made to customers from any part of the system.

The Menu System also allows you to switch to a training data set, thus allowing you to practice without overwriting or changing your live data.
